Cassandra Bosco
Since 2004, Cassandra Bosco has served as president of TailWinds Communications, offering public relations, event planning, and educational development programs focused on the general aviation and corporate aviation industry.
Prior to forming TailWinds Communications, Cassandra was Director, Public Relations, at the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), where for 17 years she was responsible for the association’s media relations and education programs.
As NBAA’s Director of Public Relations, Cassandra promoted the public face of business and general aviation. She contributed a vast body of knowledge and promotional material both across the national and international landscape, through her interaction with the media, and at the grass roots level, through the educational outreach and development of America’s future aviation professionals. Since 1988, virtually every advocacy and public relations initiative of the Association had Cassandra’s imprint on it, either through creation of the program or through its implementation and ongoing support.
Among her current clients is the National Aeronautical Association where she serves as the PR contact. She is a founding Board Member of Women in Aviation International and Public Relations Chair and Historian of the Aero Club of Washington Board of Trustees. She co-chaired the 2003 Wright Brothers Memorial Dinner and has also served on the board of the University Aviation Association.
